Ordering & Delivery information
All items shown on our website are either in stock or available for shipment within our standard delivery times. Your credit card is therefore charged at the time of placing your order.
To order you must be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder's address (even if the order is going to a separate delivery address). This is for your protection. Card processors frequently make security checks on card payments. When buying online you are agreeing to a "card not present" transaction and we therefore do not send credit card receipts out with your order. The order will include your invoice - please let us know if your order is a gift and we will post the invoice to you separately.

We make only one charge per order for Postage and Packaging - even if we send you more than one parcel!
All mainland parcels are delivered by Royal Mail First Class service. Delivery of orders is charged at the following rate :
- UK Standard (3-5 days): £ 3.50
- Eire & Channel Isles (3-5 days): £ 8.50
- Europe (7-14 days): £ 8.50
- USA (14-21 days): £ 14.00
- Japan (14-21 days): £ 14.00
- BFPO as UK Standard: £3.50
All shipment are made as soon as possible, and always within 5 days of confirmation of order. In the event that the items ordered are required by a certain date, please notify us of this using the Additional Information area at the checkout and we will endeavour to meet this requirement.

We update our site regularly and we try very hard to ensure availability of all items shown on our site, but sometimes things sell more quickly than we expect. We’ll tell you immediately by email if we've sold out, and, if we're waiting for stock we'll tell you how long it will be before we can deliver to you.
