A woman who appeared on BBC show the Apprentice last year has lost over two stone thanks to a new diet and exercise regime, perhaps in ladies fitness wear.
Lorraine Tighe was a size 14 to 16 when she appeared on Alan Sugar's show but is now a svelte size eight, Closer reports.
Ms Tighe told the magazine that she has never been so slim.
"I hated what I saw in the mirror. I'd never liked my stomach after having two 10lbs babies but looking at the wrinkly skin started to make me feel sick," she said.
Ms Tighe went on to say that her cellulite has gone, that she no longer has an "awful grey tinge" to her skin and that she no longer feels depressed.
Women feeling under the weather both physically and mentally should don their ladies fitness wear and take up regular exercise as, according to the NHS, physical activity can improve mood and reduce anxiety, as well as reducing the risks of cancer and heart disease.
