Women who have invested in ladies fitness wear but are now looking for exercise equipment to spend their cash on should consider the BOSU Balance Trainer, according to an expert.
This bit of equipment looks like a Fitball sliced in half with a board attached to the flat edge.
Kelly Edwards, who runs BOSU courses for instructors, told the Telegraph that it is an extremely versatile piece of apparatus.
"The unstable nature of the domed surface encourages the body to function as a complete unit," she explained.
Ms Edwards went on to say that the BOSU provides a "total workout" which increases strength and stability, muscular power and endurance.
Earlier this month, celebrity fitness expert Nicki Waterman recommended women hoping to improve their fitness try Strictly Fit group exercise classes, which are based on the TV show Strictly Come Dancing.
The classes using moves from dances like the cha cha cha, waltz, quickstep, salsa and jive to help women get fit in their gym wear.
