Coronation Street's Samia Smith has revealed that donning her ladies fitness wear and taking part in Pilates sessions helped her to shed her excess baby weight.
The actress, who plays the role of Maria Connor in the popular soap, gave birth to her daughter Freya last October.
During her pregnancy, the 27-year-old gained two stone in weight but she soon shed this and, just three months after the birth, she was back to 7st 7lbs and wearing size eight clothes once again, Closer magazine reports.
"I love my flat tummy, but my boobs have all but disappeared," she told the magazine.
The star revealed that she achieved her weight loss through healthy eating, walking and Pilates, perhaps in her ladies fitness clothing.
Earlier this month, Holby City actress Phoebe Thomas told the magazine that she stays so slim by donning her women's running wear and jogging six days a week.
She eats as many as 3,000 calories a day but manages to avoid weight gain thanks to her passion for marathon running.
