Next year's fitness trends will see women don their ladies fitness wear to take part in cycling, triathlons and dance fitness classes, according to Zest magazine.
Elin Tough, deputy features editor at Zest, said that outdoor exercise is growing in popularity as it is free and can involve all of the family.
She said that cycling is a great way to get fit and spend time with the family, but it can be a "massive money saver too". Ms Tough predicts that more women will start ditching their usual mode of transport and travel to work on their bikes instead.
Women that have taken part in charity cycle races in the past are seeking a new challenge and turning to triathlons, according to Ms Tough.
"Increasing numbers of women have ticked the charity runs and cycles off their to-do list and are choosing to challenge themselves on three fronts," she said.
