Dannii Minogue has revealed that she has not lost all of her post-pregnancy weight yet as she does not have enough time to exercise in her ladies fitness clothing.
The X Factor judge, who gave birth to her son Ethan in July, told Star magazine that she has only just started exercising again.
"But running around burns calories and so does the no-sleep thing, that really burns calories!" she said.
Dannii went on to say that she finds the easiest way to tone up her muscles is by using a Power Plate machine.
"When I first discovered them I was hooked," she said, adding that her friends noticed a difference in how she looked.
The singer said that she will not rush into slimming down to the size that she was before she fell pregnant as she wants to focus on being a mum first.
Earlier this month, a report from the Centre for Maternal and Child Enquiries revealed that one in 20 pregnant women in the UK is severely obese.
