Do 'extreme Pilates' in ladies fitness clothing for a body like Sharon Stone's

Women who want a body like Sharon Stone's should don their ladies fitness wear and take part in Pilates sessions - with a twist.

Sharon said the version of the exercise that she does should be called "extreme sports Pilates" as it is more intense than the usual sessions of stretches, More magazine reports.

The actress is currently writing a book with her Pilates instructor, Anne Winfree, called Built From the Inside Out.

"Sharon is a really strong woman and a very passionate person. She definitely wants to be working as hard as she can. She's driven; she'll try anything," Ms Winfree told the magazine.

She went on to say that the exercise sessions not only improve Sharon's body, but make her mind stronger too.

Last month, Deborah Daley suggested in a health feature for the Daily Express that women suffering from headaches and migraines should put on their gym clothing and take up Pilates as this increase the production of endorphins, which are often low in headache sufferers.
