Don ladies fitness wear to get the body of Jennifer Aniston

Those seeking a body like that of Jennifer Aniston should don their ladies fitness clothing and work out five times a week, just like the star herself does, a commentator has suggested.

Jen achieves toned and shapely arms and legs through taking part in regular stretching exercises, Julia Lawrence writes in a feature for the Daily Mail.

She goes on to claim that the Friends actress also completes 80-minute exercise sessions of yoga, cardio and martial arts five times a week.

"Jennifer also enjoys power-walking twice a day with her two dogs, corgi-terrier mix Norman and white German shepherd Dolly," the writer adds.

She has also been photographed exercising in the water by "paddle surfing", which involves kneeling on a surfboard while using a long paddle to push through the water.

The 41-year-old can be seen in her yoga guru and close friend Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy DVD, encouraging women to don their ladies yoga wear and take part in the relaxing form of exercise.
