Women who want their breasts to be lifted without having to go under the surgeon's knife should don their ladies fitness wear and exercise more, according to an expert.
Speaking to Marie Claire magazine, fitness trainer Nathalie Bomgren dispelled the myth that it is impossible to improve saggy breasts at the gym.
"I have saved a lot of clients from boob jobs by adding a few simple exercises into their sessions," she said.
Ms Bomgren explained that doing work on back muscles will improve posture, helping to move the shoulders down and back, which lifts the breasts.
She added that women will also notice a bit of a lift if they train the pectoral muscles using a chest press.
The expert also recommended circuit training as one of the best ways to get a flat stomach as it burns fat quickly.
Once excess flab has been burned it is time to tone the abdominal muscles and this is best done through doing sets of sit-ups at a slow, smooth pace, Bill Geiger, a writer for Muscle and Fitness magazine explained recently.
