Young women wanting to boost their performance in exams should don their ladies fitness wear and factor exercise into their revision timetables, recent research has suggested.
A study proving the positive effects of exercise on academic grades was presented earlier this week at the American College of Sports Medicine's 57th annual meeting in Baltimore.
"While the link between physical activity and academic achievement is well established for elementary and middle-school students, this has been less studied among college students," said Dr Joshua Ode, who supervised the study.
Researchers studied 266 undergraduates and found that higher grade point averages were shown among those who did at least 20 minutes of vigorous physical activity a day.
Those who lack concentration at work should consider donning their ladies fitness clothing in their free time and taking part in yoga sessions as this helps to "de-clutter" the mind and "improves mental clarity", Marissa Campise wrote in the Huffington Post earlier this year.
