Exercise in women's running wear makes your eyes look healthier and reduces dark circles, according to eyeSlices.
Kerryne Krause-Neufeldt, chief executive officer at eyeSlices, which produces professional spa and in-home anti-aging eye skin treatments, said that lifestyle, such as poor diet, lack of exercise and not having enough sleep, can affect the appearance of the eyes in a serious way.
"Drinking two litres of water a day and trying to get 15 minutes of exercise three times a week" are essential in making your eyes look healthier, according to Ms Krause-Neufeldt.
Her comments are in line with NHS advice that a healthy lifestyle can play a vital role in keeping your eyes healthy and maintaining good vision.
It said research shows that exercise may reduce the risk of sight loss that can occur from high blood pressure, diabetes and the narrowing or hardening of the arteries.
Dr Eperjesi, a lecturer in optometry, told the NHS: "Good cardiovascular function is important, as poor circulation affects the blood vessels in the eyes."
