Fitness First launches Get Fit With Mel B exercise class

Fitness First is inviting people to don their gym clothing and take part in an exercise class called Get Fit with Mel B.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is designed to burn maximum levels of fat, as well as tone muscles and achieve weight loss.

High-intensity aerobic and boxing moves are combined with conditioning exercises to make sure that all of the major muscle groups are worked over a 45-minute session.

Fitness fanatic Mel B said that she was "really excited" to launch the classes across the UK.

"Knowing that people will be taking part every week in a class at over 150 clubs which I've helped develop is brilliant," she added.

Back in July, another celebrity fitness fan, Myleene Klass, urged UK families to take part in exercise challenges as part of her new contract as an active lifestyle expert for frozen food firm Birds Eye.
