Women who focus on the long-term benefits of regular exercise in ladies fitness wear may be more motivated to stick to their healthy new year's resolutions, medical experts have suggested.
Speaking to healthnewsdigest.com, physicians at Walton Medical Associates said that eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly and quitting smoking will greatly reduce the risk of many serious health problems, including stroke, heart attack and diabetes.
"Realising that bad dietary habits and a sedentary lifestyle will have long-lasting deleterious effects on your health may be the motivation needed to keep your new year's resolutions and improve your overall health," Dr Fredrick Phillips, a stroke/amputee specialist at Walton Rehabilitation Health System, told the website.
Dr Pam Salazar, medical director of Walton Rehabilitation Health System added that by making and keeping resolutions, such as exercising frequently in ladies fitness wear, women and their families can live a "happy and healthy new year".
According to the NHS, around seven million people in the UK will make a New Year's resolution to improve an aspect of their health.
