Holby City actress Phoebe Thomas has revealed that she sometimes eats as many as 3,000 calories a day but stays trim by donning her ladies running wear and going jogging six days a week.
The marathon enthusiast told Closer magazine that she eats five carbohydrate-packed meals a day to give her fuel for running.
"My training might sound extreme, but it's my release after filming Holby. It also means I can eat whatever I like, which is so liberating!" size eight Phoebe, who plays nurse Maria Kendall, told the weekly magazine.
Her co-star Jaye Jacobs, who plays Donna Jackson, revealed that she has dropped a dress size recently through regular exercise.
She suggested to the magazine that she enjoys putting on her ladies yoga clothing, claiming that the hatha and ashtanga forms of the exercise tone her muscles and strengthen her core.
Earlier this month, Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr revealed that she is also fond of yoga, adding that she thinks it is very important to take care of the mind, body and soul.
