Jessica Simpson drops 3 dress sizes in ladies fitness wear

Jessica Simpson has dropped three dress sizes by donning her ladies fitness wear and embarking on a tough exercise regime.

The singer has enlisted the support of former professional boxer Danny Musico who is also employed as a fitness trainer by Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Bieber and Jessica's dad Joe Simpson, Female First reports.

"She's getting leaner and told me she went down three dress sizes. She's pushing herself to new levels," the magazine quotes Mr Musico as saying.

He went on to explain that she takes part in interval-based workouts which include, for example, running as fast as possible for three minutes, then resting for 30 seconds, followed by boxing for three minutes.

Earlier this month, Joanna Knight, editor at Women's Fitness magazine, advised women to put on their ladies fitness wear and take up interval training in order to slim down and tone up in time for their summer holiday.
