Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she donned "cute" gym clothing in order to motivate her to lose weight.
The 26-year-old has lost 3st 7lbs since first appearing in the US hit TV show Dancing With the Stars.
She told Shape magazine that she was called fat and ugly in the press throughout her life and that it caused her confidence to hit rock-bottom.
"To get to the gym when you already don't like yourself is really hard. So I had to make it fun. I started wearing cute outfits and putting on a little bit of makeup," the star said.
Kelly went on to say that, although it sounds vain, it really helped her and she eventually stopped hating the way she looked.
Earlier in the year, another celebrity - Emmerdale's Suzanne Shaw - told Closer magazine that she had lost 11lbs in just six weeks by adopting a healthy diet and exercise regime.
