Kendra Wilkinson dons ladies fitness wear to shed post-baby weight

Kendra Wilkinson has been donning her ladies fitness clothing in an attempt to get rid of the last of the 50 pounds that she gained during pregnancy.

The ex-Playboy model's efforts to lose weight are being documented in the form of a workout video, due to be released later this spring.

Us Weekly magazine visited the 5 ft 4 in blonde to check on her progress and found the star working out in grey and black ladies fitness clothing.

The 24-year-old wrote in her official blog this week that she was a big fan of cycling: "I'm currently in the process of kicking my butt into shape, and biking is a fun and healthy way to do that."

She went on to write that she enjoys the form of exercise as it is not only good for her, but is good for the environment too as people can use bikes as an alternative form of transport to petrol-guzzling and carbon dioxide-emitting cars.
