Kerry Katona dons ladies fitness wear and loses a stone in two weeks

Kerry Katona has lost a stone through donning her ladies fitness wear and exercising hard for two weeks.

The reality TV star dropped two dress sizes by sticking to a gruelling 11 hour-a-day fitness regime.

"On the first day of the camp, I was nicknamed The Warrington Whinger because I was sweating like mad and crying, 'I can't, I can't!' when the trainers shouted at me," she told Closer magazine.

But the mum-of-four persevered and said that, at the end of the first day, she felt such a sense of achievement that spurred her to continue.

The ex-Atomic Kitten singer underwent expensive liposuction in 2008 in an attempt to regain her pre-child birth figure.

Not long ago, Katona was dropped by supermarket Iceland as the face for their advertising campaign after photographs of her snorting what is thought to have been cocaine were published, but she claims that her life is now getting back on track.
