Kim Kardashian has revealed that she dons her ladies yoga clothing in order to keep in shape.
Photos of the model and TV presenter practicing her favourite yoga poses in tangerine orange gym clothing have been printed in the Daily Mail.
Taken in the back garden of her Los Angeles home, one of the snaps shows the star standing on one leg and stretching towards the sky.
In another, the brunette sits on a white towel reaching for the bottom of her outstretched leg, giving her muscles a really good workout.
Kim then shows off the results of all of the hard work by posing in a skimpy electric blue bikini.
Yoga is not only good for toning the body, it is great for getting rid of negative emotions too, a recent study found.
Researchers from Boston University School of Medicine revealed that practicing yoga postures can reduce feelings of anxiety.
