When aiming to improve their health and fitness, perhaps in their ladies fitness wear, women might want to look at the example set by model and TV star Kelly Brook, an expert has suggested.

According to the Fitness First UK national fitness manager Derek Crawford, the star is a useful role model.

He stated: "Kelly Brook is a great role model for a healthy lifestyle and advocate for doing exercise that you enjoy such as cycling and walking."

The remarks made by Mr Crawford follow the results of a recent survey which was conducted by his organisation.

Of those polled in the Fitness First study, 32 per cent voted Kelly as having the best celebrity body.

In the same poll, Eva Mendes gained 29 per cent of the votes.

Kelly Brook has a variety of TV credits to her name, with the celebrity appearing in shows such as the Big Breakfast, Smallville and Strictly Come Dancing.
