Students should don their ladies fitness wear as a way to break up intense periods of study, an expert has advised.
Kate Brown, community manager of Daily Burn, has told the Kansas State Collegian that this can help to reduce stress and allow people to focus better when they return.
She explained: "What you're going for is speed and to get the most bang for your buck."
More generally, she advises people to make time to rest as this will ensure that people's bodies are working in tip-top shape.
Ms Brown also advises students to don their women's yoga wear and become involved in the practice, as it can be an effective way for people to escape and refocus on their hectic day.
Those who feel they are too busy to exercise regularly could follow 24hournewsdesk.com's Jonny Lyman's idea and to try and integrate jogging or running into their routine to boost fitness and help them lose weight.
