Ladies yoga clothing: Yoga can help you sleep

Women who have trouble sleeping should invest in some ladies yoga clothing and take up the Indian form of meditation, an exercise guru has suggested.

Connie Beaudoin, who owns Parasutra Yoga Shala, an exercise studio in Palm Beach, Florida, told the Palm Beach Daily News that the relaxing exercises and breathing techniques used in yoga have many benefits.

"It can help you sleep, calm you down. Alternate nostril breathing completely calms the system down, slowing down the exhale," she explained.

Ms Beaudoin went on to say that yoga helped her to overcome the grief which came when her puppy died.

She said that her students come in with all kinds of "heavy burdens" but leave feeling a lot lighter and are sometimes so relieved that they are in tears.
