Miranda Kerr has revealed that she maintains her enviable figure through donning her ladies yoga wear and practicing the Indian form of meditation.
The Victoria's Secret model said she would eat well and exercise regularly even if she was in a career that was not so dependent on her looks.
HollywoodLife.com reported her as saying that she has grown up looking after her body and that she has always eaten organic vegetables.
"Taking care of my mind, body and soul is very important. Yoga is very good for me," she added.
Other celebrities that like to don their ladies yoga clothing are Jennifer Aniston and Madonna.
Last year, however, yoga guru Bikram Choudhury revealed that he had refused to give the queen of pop private lessons and said that she would have to come to one of his group yoga sessions.
He went on to suggest that he had probably been "blacklisted" by the star for telling her to leave her ego at the door.
