Rachel Stevens has revealed how she keeps her slim figure - not through dieting but through donning her ladies fitness clothing.
The singer said she goes to the gym as much as she can and also likes doing yoga.
However, the 32-year-old admitted to the Daily Mirror that she has been "quite bad recently", suggesting that she has not been exercising quite as regularly as usual.
Rachel added that although she does not diet, she likes to eat healthily, but it is her husband Alex who is in charge of the kitchen.
"I don't cook … he does the cooking. Chicken fajitas are his new thing. I have so many cookbooks that just sit there and look good, but they have never been used," she revealed.
The star explained that she and Alex did a Rick Stein cookery course earlier in the year but they were both a bit lost and unsure of what they were doing.
Earlier this month, Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr revealed that she also likes donning her ladies yoga wear.
She told HollywoodLife.com that she thinks it is very important to take care of the mind, body and soul and that yoga helps her in doing this.
