Ladies yoga wear: Yoga is 'great for exercising core muscles'

Yoga is a great exercise for those wanting to develop their core muscles, a commentator has suggested.

Lance Fuller, writing in a blog for the Independent of Florida Alligator, claimed that yoga left him a "little sore" but made him more relaxed and gave his core a "great workout".

"One thing that I thought was very fascinating about the class was how much time we dedicated to meditation and focus," he wrote.

Mr Fuller went on to explain that the form of exercise, which can be done in ladies bamboo yoga clothing, can relieve stress and improve posture.

Those who fancy exercising but do not like the idea of doing a sweaty gym workout or weightlifting session should give yoga a try, the blogger added.

Earlier this month, Shannon Paige Schneider told the Daily Camera that yoga helped her in her recovery from cancer and depression.

Ms Schneider is now a yoga instructor and encourages other women to don their ladies yoga clothing and give the exercise a try.
