Ladies' yoga wear 'could get an outing for Sole Synthesis sessions'

Sole Synthesis workouts could persuade women to don their ladies' yoga wear with its mix of yoga, ballet and fitness exercises.

Helen Vanderburg, writing for the Calgary Herald, suggests the sessions as a great way to add grace to the daily workout routine.

Taking its inspiration from dance cardio, the style allows fans of ladies' yoga wear to develop ballet technique, she suggests.

She says: "The muscular control, balance and dynamic flexibility work that is at the foundation of dance is good for all of us."


The workout is not easy and combines strength, balance, flexibility and coordination training, which can provide an intense workout.

Both arm variations and balance skills are added to the taught base movements, allowing people to learn a technique and enhance this over time.

In other news, Connecticut women are set to don their ladies' yoga gear in the nearby future in order to help raise funds for Haiti.
