Ladies yoga wear 'could help women unwind'

Women looking to find ways to unwind as they enter spring may want to buy some ladies yoga wear and give the practice a try.

Pam Flynn and Alice Waldman, writing for SI Live, claim that the warming weather make this the perfect time to get involved in yoga.

They say that the growing brightness releases the tension held up in people's muscles during cold spells and that this release can affect those in ladies yoga wear's personalities.

"Consequently, we feel our whole attitude - physical, mental and emotional - brighten, relax and stir with the arrival of spring," they asserted.

Ms Flynn and Ms Waldman suggest facilitating this by donning ladies yoga wear and performing some simple spinal elongation poses.

Older women in the US were recently invited to don their ladies yoga clothing and get involved with senior-only exercise sessions.

The Laze Zurich Courier has reported that the course is being run at the Lake Barrington Field House, Illinois, and will last 45 minutes.
