M&S lingerie model dons gym wear and demonstrates how she keeps trim

15 March 2010 15:00

M&S lingerie model Natalie Suliman has donned her ladies gym clothing to demonstrate the exercises she uses to keep her envy-inducing figure in shape.

The 24 year old claims that her busy lifestyle helps her to keep slim, as she is always on the move, but she told the Sun that walking and cycling everywhere is also a great help at keeping those extra pounds at bay.

She went on to say that she runs with her two pet dogs everyday and also does kickboxing twice a week.

"I do have to work on keeping toned, though. I work out at home and train my legs every other day. I do squats, lunges and loads of leg lifts," Suliman explained.

Pictures in the newspaper show the star skipping with a rope and doing sit-ups in pale blue and black ladies fitness wear in order to keep her stomach flat.

Earlier this month, Zoe Ball, who has lost two stone since the birth of her daughter, was spotted exercising in Brighton in her black ladies fitness wear.
