Make exercise a life habit, not a chore, to lose weight

Women hoping to lose weight in their ladies fitness clothing should make exercise more of a habit than a chore, a slimming expert has claimed.

The spokeswoman for Slimming World said that they can do this by building moderate activity into their day.

She also highlighted the importance of each individual finding an exercise that they enjoy, as this will motivate them to keep fit.

The spokesperson added that the "very best way" to lose weight is to combine healthy eating with regular moderate activity.

"Having the moral support and doing it with a friend so that you support each other can make it more fun and can help you to stay motivated," she continued.

Her comments follow the recent publication of research conducted by women's car insurance specialist Diamond, which found that women who diet and exercise with a friend are more likely to lose weight.

The survey of 3,000 women revealed the average female slimmer will shed over ten pounds when she diets and trains with her friends, while a fifth of women who do it alone do not drop a single pound.
