Miss England dons ladies fitness wear and demonstrates how she keeps slim

Reigning Miss England Katrina Hodge donned coral and black ladies fitness wear recently to demonstrate how she keeps her body super-toned and in great shape.

The 22-year-old is currently on a sabbatical from her job as a soldier in the British army.

She told the Sun that the physical training involved in her job helped her to stay fit but now that she is having time off she makes sure she still exercises regularly.

"I go to the gym at least four times a week, doing classes like circuit training, Pilates, body-pump, body-jam and boxing. I also do a lot of swimming and play netball," she explained.

In a photo-shoot for the newspaper, Kat changed into ladies fitness clothing that consisted of black cropped leggings with a vertical coral stripe running down the outside of each leg and a tight-fitting coral and black sleeveless top.

She demonstrated a good way of toning the abdominal muscles - cross-arm sit-ups - and a way of exercising the shoulders and legs - star jumps.

Earlier this week, Marc Deanie suggested in the Scottish Sun that women thinking of taking up running should first invest in some ladies fitness wear made from moisture-wicking and breathable materials.
