Women should don their ladies fitness clothing and exercise in the morning, as this is the best time of day to do so, it has been claimed.
A piece in the Health and Fitness section of Hello! magazine's website explains that exercise can stimulate the cardiovascular system, keeping the heart healthy.
It goes on to say that physical activity also releases endorphins - hormones that increase happiness levels.
"If you plan your fitness routine for the morning, you'll be recharging your batteries for the whole day and improving your immune system, as well as helping your body burn your morning calories more efficiently," the website claimed.
The site goes on to stress that exercise at any other time is also positive too, and can relieve the stress and muscle tension that can build up over a working day.
Last month, research conducted by the University of Buffalo in the US suggested that mums should walk their children to school in the morning.
It found that children who walk to school are less likely to develop high blood pressure and, therefore, heart disease later in life.
