Nadine Coyle has revealed that her recent 10 lb weight loss was achieved through lots of jogging, perhaps in ladies running wear.
The Girls Aloud singer was photographed looking a tad frail when she returned to Britain from her home in LA last week.
She denied claims that she has an eating disorder and said that she felt bullied over the comments surrounding her weight.
"I am totally happy with my weight. I'm not unhealthy at all," the 24-year-old told Closer magazine.
"I'm just doing a lot of running with my trainer back home in LA," she explained.
She went on to say that people should stop speculating about her weight and just leave her alone.
According to Bupa, running is a good way of getting and keeping fit and the organisation recommends entering a race as a good way to stay motivated and carry on training.
It claims that comfortable ladies running wear, a good pair of trainers and a sports bra are what women thinking of taking up the form of aerobic exercise should look to invest in.
