New book gives women inspiration of what to do in ladies fitness wear

Women that have bought new ladies fitness wear but are unsure as to what form of exercise to take up may want to consider a new book that has been published by Women's Health magazine.

The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises claims to eradicate the need for a personal trainer by telling women what to do in their ladies gym wear.

Adam Campbell, fitness director for both Men's Health and Women's Health magazine, has compiled dozens of fitness plans for the book, including exercises targeted for every part of the body.

The exercise regimes can usually be done in around 30 to 40 minutes and are organised in the book by muscle group and are suitable for both fitness pros and exercise novices.

One of the highlights of the book is The Skinny Jeans Workout: Drop 2 Jean Sizes in 8 Weeks.

According to the NHS, women should exercise for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and this can include brisk walks in ladies fitness wear to sessions at the gym in women's gym clothing.
