Yoga for the Nintendo Wii games console was released on Friday (November 27th) allowing women to don their bamboo yoga wear and exercise in the comfort of their own homes.
Top model Anja Rubik is the game's interactive yoga guru and guides the player through the different poses giving yoga tips along the way.
Players can receive feedback on how well they are doing in some of the balance exercises through using the optional Wii Balance Board.
Ms Rubik said: "Yoga helps me stay slim and bring the definition of my muscles to a maximum. Also, Yoga has helped me learn breathing techniques which are great for keeping stress situations under control."
She added that the exercises have made her back pains, from wearing high heels, "totally disappear".
Last week Indian yoga guru Baba Ramdev told a meeting of doctors from over 26 countries that yoga had the power to create a disease-free society.
