Roxanne Pallett has been spotted out jogging in the smallest garments of ladies fitness wear.

The ex-Emmerdale actress showed off her enviable flat stomach in a black cropped vest-come-sports-bra, red and grey mini-shorts and a black hoodie.

She teamed her women's running clothing with a pair of baby-blue and grey trainers, clutching an MP3 player to entertain her as she jogged.

The 27-year-old confessed to gaining a stone when she and ex-boyfriend Richard Fleeshman broke up.

Speaking to Closer Magazine at the time she said: "Instead of going home to my boyfriend I go home to a tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream."

But the 5ft 2in brunette has now ditched the weight and is back in excellent shape.

Another TV celebrity who has been donning their ladies fitness wear of late is presenter Julia Bradbury, who has just become the new role of president of the Ramblers.

Julia is encouraging Britain to "get on its feet" and enjoys more of what the great outdoors has to offer.
