Special summer memberships launched across UK

Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing has launched special Summer Fit memberships in its health clubs across the UK, to encourage women to get into their ladies gym clothing and improve their health.

Depending on the particular centre, the short-term memberships are available for four or six weeks.

The one-off fee will allow members to have full access to their local centre's facilities, such as fully equipped and modern gyms, swimming pools and fitness classes including Pilates, yoga, spinning and aerobics.

As well as this, members will receive a free 60-minute health MOT that measures many things such as their blood pressure, body mass index, aerobic fitness, glucose and cholesterol levels.

A personalised action plan will then be drawn up to help people to reach their fitness goals.

Earlier this month, low-cost health club operator Pure Gym announced that it plans to expand, providing more women in the UK with the opportunity to put on their ladies gym clothing and take part in cheap exercise.
