TV presenter Nadia Sawalha has lost 3.5st through following a healthy diet and exercising more in her ladies fitness clothing.
The former Eastenders actress was motivated to lose weight after seeing an unflattering picture of herself in a bikini, the Daily Mail reports.
She gave her diet and exercise habits a complete overhaul and has managed to drop four dress sizes in just four months.
The 46-year-old has been showing off her new svelte figure in a black bikini and heels in Closer.
"I've spent so much of my life being unhappy with my body, but now it's like this amazing, powerful machine that can run, kick and jump!" she told the magazine.
Nadia went on to say that it was her stomach, thighs and "dinner lady arms" that she used to really hate.
People who make lifestyle choices like Nadia may not only become happier with their appearance, they will also be less likely to suffer from heart disease, the European Society of Cardiology claimed last month.
