Trudie Styler: Yoga is the"best body toner"

Trudie Styler has revealed that she stays in shape by practicing yoga for between 45 minutes and 90 minutes a day, possible in some bamboo yoga wear.

The actress, producer and wife of musician Sting told the Daily Mail that, no matter where she is in the world, she always schedules yoga in to her day.

"Yoga is the best holistic workout and body toner there is. It sorts out a chaotic mind and calms the body - it is how I de-stress, or stop myself getting stressed in the first place," said Trudie.

The 54-year-old has created a set of six health and fitness DVDs, the first of which is now on sale. Titled Warrior Yoga, the DVD is filmed at her Tuscan estate and includes a 25-minute express workout, according to the newspaper.

Many other celebrities have expressed their love of yoga over the years, including Jennifer Anniston who recently said that the form of exercise changed her life.
