Watford mums offered new fitness sessions

In order to improve their health, mothers living in Watford may be able to don their ladies fitness clothing in the near future and get involved with a new exercise scheme that has been launched in the region.

The Watford Observer hasreported that Rickmansworth, Chorleywood and Cassiobury Park are playing host to fitness sessions which are designed with mums in mind.

According to the news provider, the buggy workout classes have been developed by Pushy Mothers, a pregnancy fitness brand.

The sessions are said to give females the chance to meet up with other mothers in their local area while enhancing their current levels of fitness.

According to Pushy Mothers, the buggy fitness sessions that they offer can help people to tone their muscles. They might also enable them to lose their remaining 'baby fat'.

The classes have the backing of the Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors.
