A new campaign is encouraging women in Norfolk to put on their ladies fitness clothing and take part in more exercise activities.
Called Play 90, the scheme aims to motivate people to take part in healthy activities - be it eating nutritious foods or exercising - for 90 minutes a day.
The Play 90 website advises people to choose exercise activities that they enjoy rather than something that seems like a chore.
"Take the long way round - avoid the short cuts, take the stairs, walk or bike to school or get the car parked a little further away from the school gate," the website recommends.
Another tip from the site is to do a mini work out during advert breaks between TV programmes, this could include a few minutes of press-ups, star jumps or just walking around the room.
Those who fancy raising money for charity while exercising are being invited by Simplyhealth to put on their ladies yoga clothing and take part in a large outdoor fitball workout at Trafalgar Square on March 18th.
