Women with ladies yoga wear and an iPhone will be able to combine the two when on the move in the coming months, following the release of a new application for the popular mobile handset.
That's because Deepak Chopra, the popular Indian physician plying his trade in the US, has released a new app which forwards his healthy plans to people around the world who do not have access to textbooks or would like to practice yoga casually in their own time.
Mr Chopra believes that a lot of a person's daily stress turns into tension around the hips and added that his personal yoga routine uses positions that are designed to alleviate said tension.
Furthermore, this practice specialises in keeping people fresh throughout the day, so it may mean that ladies want to take their women's fitness wear into the office to ensure they remain at the top of their game.
Last week, the Frederick News Post reported on how yoga may help people deal with grief, following the launch of Heather Whittington, group relaxation workshops and private yoga therapy sessions to help people overcome adversity in their lives.
