Zoe Ball has been spotted losing her excess post-baby weight in Brighton in her black ladies fitness wear.
The TV presenter has lost two stone since the birth of her daughter, Nelly, in January.
She was recently photographed by paparazzi looking slightly red-faced wearing sunglasses and simple black women's fitness clothing during an exercise session along Brighton promenade with her personal trainer.
Zoe, who is married to super-star DJ Fat Boy Slim, told Closer magazine that she is not rushing to get rid of her excess baby-weight.
One of the reasons was that her daughter was delivered by caesarean and the celeb did not want to put stress on the wound.
"Two weeks ago, I started doing cardio work with a personal trainer three times a week, but I have to zip up my tracksuit top as my big boobs bounce everywhere and my belly hangs out under my T-shirt," she added.
Meanwhile, two other popular TV celebrities, Davina McCall and Fearne Cotton, donned their ladies fitness wear recently and cycled 1,000 miles to raise money for Sport Relief.
