Postage
No Balls Limited only charges your card when we are going to despatch your order. Please read our security statement below. When you order on line, you must be the cardholder, and give the registered cardholder's address, even if the order is going to a separate delivery address. This is for your protection and card processors frequently make security checks on card payments. When you buy online you are agreeing to a "card not present" transaction and we therefore do not send credit card receipts out with your order. Security
No Balls Limited wants all our customers to feel secure when they are shopping on line with us and the Worldpay secure payment ensures that orders are processed safely. The ordering part of the website provides communication through the latest technology where your card details are encrypted while they are transferred over the Internet.

Cookies
Our online shopping process uses cookies to speed up the ordering process, enhancing your shopping experience. They are small text files, which are sent to your computer and enable our website to recognise you. You can set up your computer to reject cookies, but in doing so you will be unable to use the shopping facility on our site.
Stock
We update our site regularly and we try very hard to ensure availability of all items shown on our site, but sometimes things sell more quickly than we expect. We tell you immediately by email if we've sold out. If we're waiting for stock we'll tell you how long it will be before we can deliver to you.
Despatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. If you place an order after 2.00pm we will try to despatch that day but if we can't your order will be despatched the following day. Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. Items ordered over a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
Delivery
We make one charge per order for Postage and Packaging even if we send you more than one parcel.
UK addresses
All mainland parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, and require a signature. If the postman is unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left with a contact number. Delivery of orders is charged at the following rates.
UK Standard - usually 3-5 days but not guaranteed: £4.95 per order
UK Express - guaranteed next day before noon: £7.50 per order
Your order must be submitted before 2pm. Please note that orders placed on Express delivery on a Friday may arrive on Monday as Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Overseas addresses
We are happy to despatch orders to most overseas and all BFPO addresses and charge the following rates.
Eire & Channel Isles 3-5 days: £6.00 per order
Europe 7-14 days: £10.00 per order
Rest of the World: 14-21 days £20.00 per order
BFPO as UK Standard: £4.95 per order
Returns
We understand that there will be times when you want to return items and we would like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it within 3 weeks and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. A returns form with full instructions is packed with each order - call us if you can't find it and we'll send you another. No Balls does not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange or make a refund for goods returned to us in perfect condition within 2 weeks of the receipt date. We do not refund the postal charge. Perfect condition means that the item can be put back into stock, i.e. unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, deodorant etc.), neatly folded in its original packaging and with all labels attached. Confirmation of a refund will be sent by email. For exchange items allow 2 weeks from the date you sent your parcel for them to arrive.
How to return an item - Please read!!!
1. If you would like to exchange any product you have bought please email Customer Services exchange@noballs.co.uk with the original order number, what you want to return, and give details of the size, colour and code of the replacement item of your choice. This enables us to allocate the new item for you asap.
2. Carefully pack your parcel, enclosing the returns form. Please use the returns address included on your despatch note.
