If you wish to return a product to us then we are happy to exchange or refund any item if it is returned to us in perfect condition within 3 weeks of the purchase date, this does not effect your statutory rights.
Perfect condition means that it has not been worn, is not stretched and stressed, has no marks or excessive pet hair and all items must have their original swing tags attached.
From 5th November 2014 all goods purchased will have an extended returns policy where goods must be returned for exchange or refund no later than 15th January 2015 to enable you to purchase gifts.
We have just changed to fulfilment and at the moment the fulfilment house do not generate a dedicated returns not. We do send you a link to download your returns note when we acknowledge your order. If this is not convenient you can use the packing note enclosed with your goods with details of whether you would like an exchange or refund or you can email us at email@example.com and we will forward a new copy of your returns note to you.
Once you have chosen your returns document you need to enclose it with details of whether you would like a refund or an exchange and we will endeavour to deal with your return with 7 days of receipt. Your parcel does contain a returns label and but if you have mislaid it then the address is:

If you wish to exchange an item for an item of the same value or less then we can do this automatically. If you wish to exchange an item for something of a higher value then we can arrange this with you as a telephone order if you contact us or we will credit you for the item and you can then order the product you require.
We recommend that you post all returns back to us by normal Royal Mail postage. There is no benefit in Special Delivery as our returns address is a PO Box.
No balls does not offer a free returns service but if your goods are in any way faulty then your full postage will be credited back to you upon receipt of the faulty goods.
