If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it within 3 weeks and we’ll replace it or refund immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A returns form with full instructions is packed with each order (call us if you can't find it and we'll send you another). Please complete this form for all returns
No Balls does not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. If you want to make an exchange, or simply return an item that is not faulty, we do not refund postage.
Perfect condition means that the item is unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, dirt, deodorant etc), neatly folded in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.
We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Confirmation of a refund will be sent by email.
For exchange items allow 2 weeks from the date you sent your parcel for them to arrive.
How to exchange an item
1. If you would like to exchange any product you have bought please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the original order number, what you want to return, and give details of the size, colour and code of the replacement item.
2. Carefully pack your parcel, enclosing the returns form, to :
